How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want people who contact Oknever Concrete to be treated fairly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page explains how to file a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

Write to us about any of these:

  • Your experience calling or messaging Oknever Concrete
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that is unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a contractor we connected you with

If the Problem Is a Contractor

Contractors in our network are independent businesses. Each one handles its own estimates, pricing, workmanship and customer service. If you have a problem with work at your home, go to the contractor first. Keep a written record.

Then tell us too. Feedback helps us keep the network honest. Contractors who keep falling short may be removed.

Be clear on one point. Oknever Concrete cannot settle contract disputes. We cannot refund money you paid a contractor. We cannot act on a contractor's behalf.

How to File

Email contact@oknever.property. Please include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the contractor
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The contractor's name, if you know it
  • A short account of what happened and what outcome you want

After You Send It

We confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Then we look into what happened. That may include contacting the contractor. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

Still Not Happy?

If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to look again. You can also reach out to your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For licensed contractors, your state licensing board may be able to help.
