Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 2026
Oknever Concrete wants oknever.property to work for everyone, including people with disabilities. This statement shows how we approach it. It is a general template, not legal advice.
Our Goal
We want as many people as possible to be able to use this site. We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. It is a widely used standard.
What We Try to Do
- Use clear headings and a logical page order
- Add text descriptions to images that carry meaning
- Keep text readable with strong color contrast
- Make the site usable with a keyboard alone
- Build pages that fit phones, tablets and desktops
- Write in plain, everyday words
- Label form fields clearly
Where We Fall Short
Some parts of the site may not meet the standard yet. Third-party content, such as embedded tools, may be outside our control. We check the site from time to time and fix problems as we find them.
Other Ways to Get Help
If part of the site is hard to use, you have other options. Request a callback to speak with a contractor. Or email contact@oknever.property, and we will do what we can to help.
Tell Us What Is Broken
We welcome your feedback. Email contact@oknever.property and include:
- The page or feature that gave you trouble
- What went wrong and what you expected
- Your browser, device or assistive technology, if you know it
We read every message. We aim to reply within a few business days.
Always Improving
Accessibility is never done. We keep it in mind each time we update the site.
